Client Service Representative

Cryan Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full time and a part time Client Service Representative who have a desire to work in a full-service, 5 doctor practice which is highly dedicated to client service and patient care. Cryan is a well-established member of the community of Westerville. We have wonderful clients, wonderful staff, and pride ourselves on providing great medicine at a fair price. If you are looking for a fun work environment with an emphasis on client service and patient care, we may be the place for you.

We are open M-F 7:30am-7:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am-4:00pm. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and Saturdays.

We are seeking candidates for the front of our hospital that have a passion for customer service. They must exude the energy and the desire to foster lasting client relationships, one client at a time. They must be proficient with phone communications, computer skills and some administrative duties.

Applicants must have experience in the Veterinary Field. Only candidates with Veterinary Field experience will be considered.

Ability to cross-train into other parts of the hospital are a bonus and could add extra hours.

Kennel Assistant

Then Cryan Veterinary Hospital may be the place for you.

We are looking for several people who want to earn a little extra money while getting an unforgettable experience. Whether you want a second part time job or a first, Kennel Assistant at Cryan offers competitive pay, flexible hours and a great environment.

We are a full service Animal Hospital, who offers boarding 365 days a year.

PLEASE NOTE: Our shifts are not “set hours” and are dependent on how many pets we have in the kennel on any day. Spring Break, Summer and Holidays are longer shifts, and mid week are shorter.

Morning shifts start at 7am and go until all pets are cared for (anywhere from 2-5 hours),

Evening shifts start around 7pm and go until all pets are cared for (anywhere from 2-5 hours)

Applicants MUST be available on weekends and holidays.

Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

Animal husbandry experience is preferred. Pay rate is based on experience and availability.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Who is a Cryan Technician?

A Cryan Technician is knowledgeable, kind, caring and outcome oriented. A Cryan Technician is more than just being an RVT, but a person who wants to bring their skills, talents and passion to a team of likeminded individuals. Someone who wants to do good work and care for sick pets, and is someone who is driven to be a part of positive change!

Requirements:

  • Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (or recent graduate from a certified school of Veterinary Technology with a pending test)
  • Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work weekends, with rotation of holiday and Sunday hours to care for hospitalized patients.
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to safely lift 30 pounds.
  • Basic math and writing skills.

Veterinary Assistant

Requirements: Problem Solver. Critical Thinker. Team player. Excellent communicator. Compassionate. Multi-tasker.

Veterinary Assistants will assist our Veterinarians with patient care and interact with and educate clients. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, medication administration, acquiring laboratory samples, processing lab samples, surgical preparation, and animal husbandry and handling.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
  • Must be able to safely lift 30 pounds.
  • Basic math and writing skills.

Veterinary Physician's Assistant

Cryan Veterinary Hospital is looking for a few all-star individuals who have a heart for veterinary medicine and love client communications. We are creating a new role in our hospital designed to help keep the outpatient experience moving smoothly and aid with the communications between the doctors and the clients.

This person will have at least 3 years of Veterinary Medicine experience and be comfortable discussing preventions, vaccines, surgeries, cost, treatment plans, and medical histories with clients.

This role will comprise of properly preparing for and admitting each appointment during an outpatient shift and on varying days assist doctors with client call backs and follow ups.

*Cross training to other areas of the hospital is an option for someone who wishes to.
