UPDATE
1/10/2022 – Due to recent positive COVID cases amongst our staff, we are making temporary changes in scheduling. We will be temporarily postponing annual and well-pet examinations in order to have time and staff to see those that are ill. We will resume these services as soon as we can. We do ask that out of respect for our immune-compromised staff that you use a face covering while interacting with our staff.

Once there is room in the lobby, our front desk team will ask you to enter the building. If you wish to proceed with curbside for your pet’s appointment please let us know when checking in and our staff will accommodate your request.
6/29/2021 – Starting June 29, 2021, we will lift our face covering requirement for vaccinated individuals. We do ask that out of respect for our immune-compromised staff that if you are not vaccinated that you continue to use a face covering while interacting with our staff.
We will continue curbside service for clients that wish to remain outside of the building. If you wish to proceed with curbside for your pet, please let us know when checking in and our staff will accommodate your request.
All of our technician appointments will continue being offered through curbside service at this time.
If your pet has an appointment with one of our veterinarians and you wish to be present inside the building, please remain in your car during the check-in process. Please call the office at 614-882-6197 or text 740-313-5569 once you arrive. One of our team members will escort you to a room once your room is ready. Due to our limited building space, we are limiting the number of people present in the rooms to 2 healthy people.
If you prefer to be present with your pet and would like our staff to wear a mask while in the room with you, please let our front desk know when checking in and we will be able to accommodate your request.

5/6/2021- At this point we will continue curbside service. We are developing a plan to reinstate our wellness visits and in-person visits. While we are excited about this, we feel it is important to do so in a safe, responsible manner. Maintaining the safety of our staff and clients will remain top priority. We ask your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
We are currently postponing wellness visits to allow us to accommodate the growing need of sick patients. We are keeping a waitlist of patients with wellness needs and will contact you as soon as we resume these services. If your pet has an urgent need for this type of service, such as vaccinations for boarding, please contact us.
If you are bringing your pet for an appointment, please call the office at 614-882-6197 or text 740-313-5569 once you arrive. One of our team members will come out to your car to speak with you. We request that you wear a mask while interacting with our staff members.
Our doctors and staff greatly appreciate your support and encouragement. It is our desire to get back to normal as quickly as possible. This will be an evolving process and we will do our best to keep you informed.
